Our club programme is made up early in the preceding year; I have committed to two tours, chosen the areas, and am now waiting impatiently for members to sign up. Some are keen, signing up early but most are very slow in coming forward. It is little consolation that all the club tours usually fill and it is very rare for for a tour to be canceled for lack of sign-ups. »
